To get your @nfts.co.uk mailbox working on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad) please follow these instructions.
Firstly, open “Settings” from the home screen, then Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Exchange
Input your NFTS email address followed by your password (this will be the same password you use to login to Windows) then tap Next.
It will then ask for more details, copy the details below (your windows username should be entered which is in the format of firstname.lastname).
When verified you will see a tick next to each line, this confirms that the connection has been successful. Exit out of the menu, open up the mail app, swipe down to refresh and your work emails should now start to load.
