The helpdesk allows you to choose who should deal with your issue. At the school we have 4 choices, which can be chosen in a simple dropdown on the page where you create your support ticket:
The Engineering Support Group deals with all issues relating to cameras, sound and picture editing, lighting and other technical production equipment. The TV studio also comes under the Engineering Support Group.
The Facilities Support Group deals with any issues you might have with the buildings at the NFTS.
The IT Support Group deals with any issues related to computing, networking and telecoms at the NFTS.
The Production Support Group deals with any issues related to film and TV production, such as carpentry, studio fabric and facilities, car rental, etc.
