Quick guide for users to submit tickets through our web portal:

  • By default anybody visiting our support portal can submit support requests and view our knowledge base and forums without logging in.

  • To raise a support query click on the "new support ticket button"



  • You will be taken to your ticket form where you can fill out information like your email address and give a subject and a description of the issue you are facing
  • You can attach files to your tickets too
  • Freshdesk will suggest solution articles based on what you type in the subject box. This will help you get a solution.
  • Once you hit the submit button, your ticket will be created in the helpdesk.
  • You will be taken to the public ticket page where you can check the status of the ticket, add replies and notes to it when needed


  • You will receive an email notification with the public ticket URL.
  • When one of our staff replies to the ticket or changes its status, the public ticket will be updated
  • Once we have resolved the issue, you can "Mark ticket as Closed"
